My name is MJ, and I love dogs. A few years ago, my family adopted a chihuahua named Tanny. As Tanny had been abandoned twice before, he was initially fearful and aggressive to strangers. However, through the love and care that my family showed him, Tanny eventually warmed up to us and became a lot more emotionally stable. Through this experience, my family was encouraged to start volunteering at the local shelter to help other dogs like Tanny. At the shelter, I’ve helped out by walking the dogs and cleaning up after them. Now, I want to do even more and help the dogs at the shelter get adopted as well.
